The Düsseldorf table decisive for child support from separated parents
was updated again. The new Düsseldorf 2024 table is valid from 01.01.2024

In the Düsseldorf table, the Higher Regional Court (Higher Regional Court) Düsseldorf, in coordination with
other higher regional courts in Germany and the German Maintenance Commission
Family court day child support and the minimum amount of a person liable for maintenance
must remain (so-called deductible) fixed. The Düsseldorf table determines how much alimony
a child from separated parents is entitled. Even though the Düsseldorf table has no legal force
has, after all, it is as formative as a law for the case law of all family courts.

Changes compared to the 2023 table
There are 3 major changes compared to the last Düsseldorf table:

1. Child support was increased
2. The deductible was increased
3. The table structure was changed. The limits of the respective income levels were set in each case
   increased by 200€.
